Welcome to Hart Plain Church
The Church will re-open for Sunday Services at 10:00am on the 9th August 2020, these services will last approximately 30 minutes. The first service will be a Holy communion service.
Under the current guidelines of social distancing we are restricted to a maximum of 30 people. There will be a booking system for those wanting to attend. Please contact Rev Kate MacFarlane on 023 9243 0747 to book your place.
Please note that there will be no singing at Church services until further restrictions are lifted by the government.
Masks and hand sanitiser will be available.
The Zoom service will then follow on at a new time of 11:00am.
Situated in Cowplain, Hampshire, Hart Plain Church is a joint Anglican and Methodist church and offers a warm welcome to all who come to worship
Our Sunday morning worship services attract people of all ages. Children and young people meet in their own groups during the service and refreshments are served afterwards.
Our mission is to bring the Church to the community and the community to the Church and to spread the joy of a life in Christ.

We meet for our Services at 10.00 am on Sunday and 11.00 am on Thursday.
We meet on other special occasions too!

WALKING WITH JESUS
Wednesdays 4th March – 1st April,
7 – 9pm.
Five sessions joining with Jesus as he travels from Galilee, through Samaria to Jerusalem, where he knows he will die, focussing on his teaching in the gospel of Luke. The series is for us all to take part in, whether we are able to join in the sessions or follow at home. Each session will start with food and fellowship.

God, Jesus and the journey of life in six sessions
This group is an introduction to Christianity that will be run at Hart Plain Church from 26th February 2020 for 6 weeks. The sessions start at 3.30pm each Wednesday and finish with a cooked meal at 5pm. There will also be a creche. Leaflets are available in the foyer – please invite your friends. Everybody welcome!

The church has a number of different groups using the facilities, these are all open to the public.
We are already knitting squares which will be used to create blankets for the Syrian Appeal.
